After joining Swisscom as their Chief Digital Transformation Officer in 2012, Stefan led the event &media solutions giant to substantial growth as measured by their EBIDTA between 2013 and 2016. He increased the company’s efficiency and success by implementing change management tools including the new operation model “holocracy” being the first European company to do so. He is also running the company with a high innovation output such as the first ever VR live stream (music concerts), ICT Development for the World Economic Forum and others. Apart from that, he is establishing concepts such as the „Virtual Reality Hub“, „Smart Venue“ and „Smart Fan Experience“ to enhance marketing and support clients to improve their digital event business, operating 300 entertainment productions (including Switzerland’s biggest one-day-show starring the Rolling Stones, Madonna and others), music festivals such as Moon&Stars in Locarno and family entertainment like WWE, Bob the Builder or Walking with Dinosaurs.
